Halloween is fun
On Wednesday, November 1, the "American Corner Bacau" was haunted, by vampires, warlocks, ghosts and witches, during a Halloween party.
Pupils from three schools ("I. Creanga School, Bacau Prof. D. Petrescu; "M. Sadoveanu" School, Bacau Prof. R.N. Popa; "M. Costin" School, Bacau Prof. M. Mandache and Prof. R. Rosu) had prepared an artistic moment, including: Halloween history and customs, songs and poems, short plays, games and other surprises. The most expected moment was, of course, the costumes parade, where kids proved pretty ingenious. Pupils had also prepared an exhibit with pictures and carved pumpkins, which could be admired in the entrance of our institution the entire week. The best pictures, the funniest carved pumpkin and the most original costumes were awarded with books and candies.
Designed for children 10-14 aged, this activity was the first from an educational project, in partnership with the mentioned schools. Named "American Holidays", this project has the purpose to accustom Romanian pupils with the American culture and civilization, in a very attractive way.
Participants:
• 30 participants for pictures exhibit;
• 10 participants for pumpkins exhibit;
• 35 participants for the artistic moment;
• 30 pupils - public.

Halloween is fun
scoli generale din Bacau ( Scoala I. Creanga prof. D. Petrescu; Scoala M. Sadoveanu prof. R.N. Popa si Scoala M. Costin prof M. Mandache si prof.
va putea fi admirata in holul institutiei si in zilele urmatoare.
Participanti:
• 30 participanti cu lucrari la expozitia de desene;
• 10 participanti la expozitia de dovlecei ciopliti;
